Because all of our PocketAid Hearing Aids include our very own EarWave™ Technology – A Broadly Prescribable and automatic way of enhancing sounds, catering to the every-day needs of the predominant majority of people with hearing loss.

We worked with over 1,000 people with hearing loss to develop EarWave™. By analysing their audiograms (hearing test results), which covered hearing levels ranging from mild to profound, we uncovered the most common hearing loss patterns. From this unique data, we were able to create broadly prescribable sound qualities, while also removing many of the negative sound effects reported in conventional hearing aids, such as tinniness, echo and too much background noise. The result; a range of automatically operating hearing aids that allow the user to choose the sound quality that they think suits them best.
