Very good quality and easy to use. The sound is very natural and comfortable to wear, I forget I have them on.

Good result! Aid gives a much clearer reception than other devices I have used. Having remote control is an extra benefit as I can discretely adjust volume to suit the occasiont:; & no relying on batteries
First time I put them on my wife spoke to me and I said to her why are you talking so loud. The hearing aids work much better than 2 expensive sets have had previously. Had a problem early in use but was remedied immediately on contacting Pocket Aid.

These hearing aids are as good or better than my old expensive audiologist supplied hearing aids were. Charging is easy and instructions are good.
So far I am very happy with the aids!! Am still getting used to them but no problems! They are just as good if not better than others I had that were much more expensive!
I am delighted with my PocketAid hearing aids, which I have been using for a few months. They are easy to fit, and to adjust to my exact requirements, including being able to programme them using the compact remote control, to ensure I can still hear clearly even if I am in noisy surroundings.
They are comfortable to wear, stay in place and I can wholeheartedly recommend them as the best hearing aid I have had.
I have had the Diamond stream for a few months now. My previous hearing aids were Oticon Mini Write, about £3000 cost. The audio quality of both aids are comparible. The ability to setup the aids to my liking is a win for the Diamond Stream. I lost my Oticon aids in the River Thames when I capsized my Kayak☹️. Overall I would choose the Diamond stream due to the cost, adequate sound quality, more secure fitting and self adjustability. These features outweigh the Oticon’s reduced wind noise and slightly easier volume adjustment.
I am very pleased with the Diamond Stream 12 hearing aids. They are far more comfortable to wear and more effective than the previous in-canal expensive minis that I endured for four years. The price is much more realistic than other hearing aid contracts with amazing value for money.
My experience with PocketAid was exceptionally good. My phone call was answered quickly, and every communication by email was successful. My hearing aids arrived promptly along with detailed videos on how to use them. In particular I appreciated the personal communication.
I am very happy with my hearing aids it took me like a week or less to get used to them but I’m glad I didn’t give up I can hear very well now so thanks a lot and also they are so affordable I highly recommend them. 💯🥇👍🏻
Bought the Jaspa 3 Rechargeable. They are fantastic. I didn’t realise how much I couldn’t hear.I am talking a lot softer and tv volume and radio is now on half the volume I used to need. I can also hear conversations in crowded rooms where previously I was guessing.

So far very pleased with hearing aid, everyone else is pleased, TV is turned down as before I had it loud, nearly making then deaf.

I have only had government hearing aids and needed to have something better. I chose diamond stream hearing aid. A great hearing aid package.
